Mr. Holt has over 25 years of consulting engineering experience encompassing a broad range of engineering disciplines, including the design, permitting, and construction of both public and private sector civil and environmental engineering projects. These projects include water and sewer infrastructure, transportation, land development, environmental remediation, recreation, and solid waste facilities. Mr. Holt regularly provides engineering solutions to clients ranging from individuals, community associations, developers, corporations, utilities, municipalities, counties, and State agencies.
Mr. Holt joined SUBURBAN CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. (SCE) in 1997 and is currently Executive Vice President of the firm, having previously worked for engineering consulting firms with a national presence. The experience gained on those projects, along with over 15 years at SCE, has enabled Mr. Holt to assist clients in finding economical engineering solutions to the various environmental and infrastructure needs associated with their projects. Mr. Holt manages the design teams responsible for many of the firm’s larger projects, and is the lead Principal for much of its infrastructure rehabilitation work.
Mr. Holt regularly works with the capable professionals within SCE and the equally capable technical support and administrative staff to create customized project delivery teams to service each of our clients needs. Mr. Holt is skilled in implementing a multitude of project management tools, such as SCE’s resource allocation and financial management systems, to effectively and efficiently bring each project to successful and timely completion.
In his leadership position within the Company, he creates opportunities for professional staff to be creative in developing solutions to our clients needs. Adhering to SCE’s process flow delivery system is one way of ensuring reliable accurate and responsive service to our clients. Mr. Holt strives to combine sound engineering judgement with innovation and energy to deliver results.
