SECTION II:  Explanation of jurisdictional responsibilities and how to know who is responsible for what “hidden” common elements.

SECTION III:  Evaluating and maintaining “hidden” common elements and how to assess their conditions in a community.  An overview of repair and replacement options.

SECTION IV: Case study examples, which explain real-life situations where some communities did not properly fund for their “hidden” common elements.
