Due to hydraulic forces, special precautions were required for wing wall construction to minimize unstable soil conditions. Restoration included mitigating impacts to freshwater wetlands, disturbed during construction. Dam engineering services for operation and maintenance, dam inspection, dam break analysis and reports as required by NJDEP, dam repair and bridge replacement project development and construction administration services.
